Reiki first level – Usui method (english course)
Reiki Usui Shiki Ryoho is a traditional Japanese practice focused on energy awareness, balance, and conscious healing.
The First Level Reiki Usui Method is an introductory yet deeply transformative experience that supports self-healing, personal growth, and spiritual awareness.
This course is designed for those who wish to reconnect with their inner resources, cultivate presence, and develop a more harmonious relationship with body, emotions, mind, and spirit. Reiki practice encourages clarity, grounding, vitality, and a deeper sense of meaning in daily life.
Over two full days of experiential learning, participants receive the First Level Reiki initiation through four Activation Ceremonies and learn the foundations of Reiki practice, including self-treatments and treatments for others.
Contenuti del corso
Alongside practical training, the course introduces essential theoretical elements such as:
- the origins and philosophy of Reiki
- the connection between body and psyche
- psychosomatic awareness
- the chakra system
- an experiential overview of Family Constellations as a tool for understanding symptoms and patterns
All teachings are offered to support a conscious, embodied, and respectful approach to Reiki energy.
The learning process does not end with the seminar: students are supported over time so that Reiki can become a stable inner resource and a practical guide in everyday life.

Day Two
- Family Constellations and the morphogenetic field
- Guided chakra meditation and self-treatment
- Third and Fourth Activation Ceremonies
- Basic Reiki treatment practice
- Final sharing circle and certificate delivery

The course is led by Kailash Giacomo Vissani, Reiki Master of La Città della Luce, Family and Systemic Constellations Facilitator, Akashic Records Reader, Counselor, Coach, and Trainer.
With a background in Business Administration (Bocconi University) and over 20 years of spiritual research and professional experience, Kailash supports individuals and communities in holistic personal development.
La Città della Luce is an international Reiki community active for over 25 years, founded on long-term practice, shared values, and continuous training.
